How to Check Sperm Count at Home?

Current infertility diagnosing practices are expensive and can only be carried out in a clinic or hospital. Our new device uses motility and concentration criteria to analyse semen quality accurately.

The Statistics

Worldwide infertility affects 45 million couples. About 50 percent of these cases are attributable to the male partner. In India, approximately 1 in 6 couples cannot conceive.

WHO Standards

The World Health Organization (WHO) defines normal sperm concentration as higher than 15 million sperm per milliliters, and normal motility (ability to move) as more than 40 percent.

Smartphone Device

Using a microchip and an optical attachment, the smartphone-operated tool analyzes undiluted, unwashed semen in less than five seconds with 98% accuracy.

Understanding the Home Test

Everything you need to know about how the device works, why you should use it, and what the reports mean.

How does the device work?

The sperm analyzer is made of an optical attachment that connects to a smartphone and a device where users load a sample. It uses a microchip with a capillary tip. Users are guided by the app through each stage. It analyzes a video of the sample in less than five seconds.

Why Test At Home?

You can learn where you stand privately. Sperm quality is a great indicator of overall health and wellness. You get the info you need in the comfort of your home, avoiding any awkwardness. Monitoring your SPERM SCORE over time provides feedback on lifestyle changes.

What does the report say?

It tests sperm count (concentration), moving sperm (motility), and shape (morphology). It analyses motile sperm concentration and quality (Sperm Score), comparing results to lab standards and men who have fathered children. Results are FDA-cleared and 97% accurate.

Common Questions

Home sperm tests require ejaculation into a collection cup. While procedures vary for transferring semen and completing the test, results are typically available within a few minutes. The tests work by detecting a protein found only in sperm.

If the sperm count test at home indicates that your sperm concentration is low (negative), you'll likely want to consult a doctor for a complete fertility evaluation. A positive test result indicates that your sperm concentration is considered normal.
