Dr. Somendra Shukla is the Co-Founder and CEO of India IVF fertility. He is a Neonatologist par excellence with around 15 years of extensive experience in the field of pediatrics and neonatology. He did his medical school from GSVM Medical college Kanpur in 2002 . After that he cleared the prestigious exams of Diplomate of National Board (DNB) and Royal college of pediatrics, London (MRCPCH) in pediatrics.
Subsequently he did his fellowship in neonatology awarded by the prestigious National neonatology forum .He is the recipient of a number of awards and honours most noteworthy being ‘ youngest entrepreneur of the year award 2019” from Minister Govt of Delhi, Mr Adarsh Shastri at New Delhi.
He with his wife Dr. Richika Sahay started India IVF clinic from one room of their residential premises at Gurgaon in 2014. In the short span of 5 years, India IVF clinic has grown as the most trusted and fastest growing fertility treatment chain in India and has its presence in 8 states and serving in 14 different cities that too without any need of funding.
India IVF Fertility was founded with the aim to build a high-quality, national network of Fertility centres. In the five years since we started as a one room clinic , India IVF clinic has grown as the most trusted and fastest growing fertility treatment chain in India and has its presence in 8 states and serving in 14 different cities despite being a completely bootstrapped company ie. without any need of external funding. We have openly shared best practices across our centres to deliver a better patient experience, increased employee opportunities and greater investment in facilities and equipment. Dr. Richika Sahay Shukla is Chief consultant with India IVF Clinic and is a infertility and IVF Specialist. She is a well qualified and trained professional. Dr.Richika has wide experience and has done extensive training in the field of IVF-ICSI & Gynecological Endoscopy. She has worked with some of the pioneer institutes in India such as *AIIMS and Sir Ganga Ram Hospital*. She is an expert in doing In- Vitro fertilization(IVF)/ICSI by various protocols and in difficult cases like an elderly patient, postmenopausal, poor ovarian responders.
She is an expert in doing Surrogacy, Donor eggs conception. She is an expert in doing difficult oocyte retrieval (adhered ovaries, high ovaries, ovaries with endometrioma). She is an expert in doing difficult Embryo transfers. She has made several patients conceive by doing fertility enhancing surgeries by Laparoscopy and Hysteroscopy (like septal resection, intrauterine adhesiolysis, myomectomy, tubal cannulation). She is well familiar with Ultrasound catering to infertility, gynecology, and obstetrics.
